A daily nutritional supplement is now more important than ever because the foods that we eat today (even if we eat a healthy, balanced diet) are not as nutritious as they once were. This is the byproduct of modern industrial agriculture. There are numerous studies that have shown that healthy foods like broccoli, corn, potatoes, lettuce and other crops do not contain the amount of vitamins and nutrients today that they did 40 to 50 years ago.

Even worse, many respected health care professionals believe the lack of nutrients in our diet is at least partially to blame for the increasing numbers of people diagnosed with chronic and life-threatening diseases.

Everything within the body's chemistry is about balance. Too little of one substance and too much of another will throw off that balance. Such an imbalance damages the cells and accelerates the aging process. You may be surprised to hear that free radicals perform a necessary function in the body, but when there are not enough antioxidants to balance the free radicals then they can cause damage to the DNA. This type of DNA damage is one of the reasons the body ages.

The Longevity Bottom Line

Based on everything we know, supplementing with a combination of L-carnosine, DMAE, and acetyl-L-carnitine is one of the simplest, most effective, and safest steps we can take to help turn back the clock and optimize our health.

The subject of today's content is something I've not only been educated about, but I've also experienced first-hand.
It's mercury contamination from amalgam fillings. Now, many dental care professionals continue to insist that amalgam fillings are harmless.  Virtually every major US health organization has declared amalgam dental fillings safe.

Read on and you be the judge.
First of all, mercury is sheer poison to the human body. It has been scientifically demonstrated to be more toxic than lead, cadmium and even arsenic. Mercury accumulates in the liver, kidney, brain and blood and builds up in your body's tissues.

In adults, mercury can cause kidney failure, cardiovascular collapse and genetic damage.  It can also cause skin rash, sores in the mouth and swollen gums. It depletes the immune system and can induce a number of auto-immune diseases.  Mercury will cause an increase in number and severity of all allergies, and is also linked to Alzheimer's disease.

Long-term exposure to mercury can cause effects which develop gradually and sneak up on you.  These include shaking of the hands, eyelids, lips, tongue, or jaw, headaches, trouble sleeping, personality changes, memory loss, irritability, indecisiveness and loss of intelligence.

Yes, you read that right.  Loss of INTELLIGENCE.

Does that sound like something that's "safe" to you?  In any amount?
Now back to amalgam fillings:  Dental amalgams are about 50% (half) mercury.  The other half is a mixture of silver, tin, and other metals. Amalgam fillings release mercury non-stop throughout the lifetime of your filling, so there's no safe time where the mercury has "worn out" or "gone away."

Now, mercury vapour is the main way that mercury comes out of amalgam fillings.  It's absorbed through your lungs, into the blood, and then is transported all over your body.
There is NO harmless level of mercury vapour exposure-- that's a proven scientific fact.  Every single molecule is deadly.  So how these various health organizations in the US can claim that amalgam fillings are safe is mind-boggling, and another illustration of compromising the health of millions of people in the interest of profits via lack of lawsuits.

Having a little mercury is about as safe as having a little cancer. And the more fillings you have, the more exposure you get. I would know. I was LOADED with mercury when I first consulted a prominent holistic physician in Manhattan 2 years ago.  She was astounded when she saw my blood levels.  My mercury levels were very high.

At first we thought it could be the fish I was eating or maybe our water supply.  So, I stopped eating large fish, and I had our water tested--it was fine. I was re-tested after cutting back on the fish and was still toxic with mercury.

Then my doctor looked in my mouth and saw my amalgam fillings.  She said, "You've got to get those out of there.
Right away." She also gave me a mercury cleansing product to help remove any residual mercury once the fillings came out. Well, after spending a few long hours in the dentist's chair, I am now amalgam-free.

And guess what.  My mercury level has plummeted!  If you have amalgam fillings, I urge you to have heavy metal testing done (ask your doctor) and consider having your fillings replaced.  White composite fillings are not only more attractive (because they're tooth-colored), but they're made from microscopic glass and/or porcelain particles that are embedded in a mass of acrylic--NO
mercury.

Don't let anyone try to tell you that the amount of mercury in fillings is safe--it's not.  I'm living proof, and so are countless others. Take responsibility for your health and prevent the horrors of mercury contamination.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

Circ Man Force - Click here for more free videos

Abstract A mechanism for the postural balance of the human torso over the hip joints is reported that does not appear to have been fully recognised.

The centre of gravity of the torso is usually considered poised above the hips. This is in a state of unstable equilibrium. Here, we propose that body weight acting through the sacrum is counter-balanced by tension in the ilio-femoral ligament; the hips acting as the fulcrum.

This places the torso in stable equilibrium and means that balance may be maintained with minimal muscular forces. The joint reaction force due to this mechanism in a two-legged stance is then of the order of the body-weight on each hip.

An implication is that capsular ligaments are important and consideration should be given to retaining or restoring them as much as possible in hip arthroplasty.

This natural movement orientated therapy works with the bodies natural agencies to correct and align injuries, sites, postural faults and enhance movement performance.

There's a Reason That You Have Excess Stomach Fat . . .

Here's 5 facts you MUST understand if you are ever going to lose your belly fat and develop six pack abs:

1. Many so-called "health foods" are actually cleverly disguised junk foods that can actually stimulate you to gain more belly fat... yet the diet food marketing  industry continues to lie to you so they can maximize their profits.

2. Ab exercises such as crunches, sit-ups, and ab machines are actually the LEAST effective method of getting flat six pack abs.

3. Boring repetitive cardio exercise routines are NOT the best way to lose body fat and uncover those six pack abs. (there's a way to get 10X better results!)

4. You DON'T need to repeatedly waste money on expensive "extreme fat burner" pills or other bogus supplements. (learn how to use the power of natural foods)

5. Ab belts, ab-rockers, ab-loungers, and other infomercial ab-gimmicks... they're all a complete waste of your time and money. Despite the misleading infomercials, the perfectly chiseled fitness models in the commercials did NOT get their perfect body by using that "ab contraption",  they got results through REAL workouts and REAL nutrition.

I've recently had the pleasure of getting to know and learn from Mike Geary, a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, who has a unique fitness program called The Truth About Six Pack Abs.

We’ve all encountered people in our lives who seem to have an inner glow about them, an inner beauty that has nothing to do with youth, movie star good looks or an hour glass figure. We can’t quite put our finger on what it is that sets them apart, but they seem to be surrounded by an energy of vitality and wellness. While there is an abundance of pills, powders and potions on the market that all claim to hold the secret of perfect health, the real secret behind that healthy glow can be found in one simple concept: balance.
