For some people, this may be hard to achieve but getting rid of negative emotions and maintaining a positive attitude will not only decelerate the aging process but will also give you a much happier life. Continuous exposure to emotional stress leads to illness and premature aging. Meanwhile, optimists look younger and live longer. A simple reason is that happiness increases the level of good chemicals in the human body.
