When you move in this way your whole body moves in a balanced harmonious way. If you are pushed pulled or twisted in any direction your whole body will move towards the way of least resistance. Even if your limbs are restricted from moving, your fish is always free to move in limbic rhythmic fashion, which is always co-ordinated. Subtle movement of the fish can change the whole mechanics of a situation where force or strength would have been futile, This is the true power of nature.
